Spider Monkeys Invent Medicated Body Scratcher

Wild spider monkeys now have a new tool under their proverbial belt: a body scratcher that may release medicinal compounds, according to a study published in the latest issue of the journal Primates.
Zoo Evacuated after Chimps Escape

“In the interests of public safety Chester Zoo was evacuated today, Sunday 5th July, as a precautionary measure. This decision was taken due to an escape of chimpanzees from Chimp Island into a keeper area,” the zoo said.
Monkeys continue to torment men

Three children were bitten by the monkeys in South Malaka locality. The forest department and the Allahabad Municipal Corporation are playing the blame game that catching monkeys is not within their purview and the people, particularly the children and the women continue to suffer.
